ID Protection in Website Hosting
If you order a website hosting package from us, you will be able to activate ID Protection for any of your domains provided that their extensions support this option. You can register/transfer a domain name and add ID Protection during the registration process or you can activate the service for any of your domain names at any moment afterwards via the Hepsia Control Panel. The process is exceptionally easy – once you log in, you’ll need to go to the Registered Domains section where you will notice a list of all the domains that you’ve registered with us. For each one of them you will see an “ID Protect” icon, which will let you know whether the service is activated or not. By clicking it, you can either ID-protect the domain, or you can turn off the service if it is currently active.
ID Protection in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you would like to conceal the contact information for your domain name and you have a semi-dedicated server account with our company, you’ll be able to add our ID Protection service either during the signup procedure or at any time later via your Hepsia Control Panel. The service is optional and can be activated with a couple of mouse clicks from the Control Panel’s Registered Domains section where all the domains that you’ve registered with our company will be listed in alphabetical order. You can order ID Protection for any of the Top-Level Domain extensions that support the service by simply clicking the “ID Protect” logo to the right of each domain name. In the same fashion, you can also renew the ID Protection service or disable it – in case you want to transfer a domain to another registrar company and you need the actual email associated with the domain name to be visible.
